Before You Arrive
Walk-ins are welcome all day. If you prefer, call ahead to reserve your spot and share a brief summary of your pet’s symptoms. This helps us prepare the right room, equipment, and team.
When You Arrive
Come inside and sign in at the front desk. A team member will greet you, guide you to a private exam room, and make your pet comfortable while we begin triage. You’ll never feel lost—we explain each step and keep you updated on timing.
- Assessment: A clinician examines your pet, reviews their history, and talks through what you’re noticing at home.
- Diagnostics & Options: We outline the most useful diagnostic tests along with transparent estimates. You’ll hear our recommendations and alternatives so you can make an informed choice.
- Treatment Plan: Together we choose a care plan tailored to your pet’s needs, whether that’s in-clinic treatment, home care, or continued monitoring.
- On-Site Testing & Treatment: We perform the necessary diagnostic tests and treatments here, which minimizes delays and extra trips.
- Medications & Supplies: Most pets leave with everything they need the same day—from pain relief to GI support—thanks to our in-house pharmacy and stocked supplies.
After Your Visit
You’ll go home with clear written instructions, what to watch for, and when to check back in. We partner with your primary veterinarian by sending visit reports, diagnostics, and treatment details to ensure seamless, continuous care.
